The next step is that you need rank your lists. What are your most important, make-or-break items and what is negotiable?

Once your list is set you need to consider your budget and area. Are all your priorities possible to find in your budget and in the area you are looking? Your list has different levels of importance. Are you willing to meet any of your needs and wants with renovations if you can’t find it in your budget and area? Many people want a turn-key home.
